See ya, 2015. You’ve been a good one. We bid you farewell with this, our Top 20 favourite albums of the year. I’ve been mostly bored by the majority of the end-of-year lists I’ve seen so far, which isn’t to say that ours is ‘better’ or any of that nonsense, but hey, at least we’re trying. There might be some that think this list is striving to be different, that it’s trying to present itself as some trendy left-field selection designed to be contrary for contrary’s sake, but I promise you it’s not. GFP has built its name upon delving into the murky depths to pick out the gems of a phenomenally broad musical landscape that exists in this day-and-age and we’ll continue to try and survive that way.
